Finance and Administrative Coordinator


The primary duties of this position will be split between finance work and office administrative duties. While there will be some weeks in which the focus of work will be more heavily involved in one of the two areas, over the course of a month there will be equal time spent between accounting work and overseeing basic office operations.

Office Administrative Duties: Day to day this position will provide support to all departments and programs through maintaining office supplies, providing upkeep and servicing of all office equipment, providing direct customer service, serving as a liaison with building management and providing basic support for IT in partnership with our IT Vendor. 

Finance Duties: Regularly this position will maintain accounting records, documents, journals and ledgers, both in accounts receivable and payable, as well as; process billing through an automated system, resolve customer account discrepancies and processing payroll. 


Department: This position is part of the Finance Department.

Reports To:  This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Supervises:  This position does not have any supervisory duties of other staff.

FSLA:  This is a full-time (40 hours/week), non-exempt position. 

Work Location:  This position will work from Camp Fire Alaska's main office located at 161 Klevin Street, Suite 100.

Work Schedule:  This position will typically work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. 

Pay rate: depending on experience this position pays $19 - $21/hour
